Description Our client, a telecommunications company committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development is seeking a Call Center Learning & Development Manager. As they prioritize the growth and professional advancement of their employees, they are seeking an experienced and innovative Learning and Development Manager to join their team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing their learning initiatives. The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning programs that align with the organization's goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create and deliver impactful training initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning needs within the organization. Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand business goals and align learning initiatives accordingly. Learning Program Design: Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs, including both technical and soft skills training. Utilize various instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training materials. Incorporate e-learning, workshops, and other formats to cater to diverse learning styles. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels of the organization. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content delivery. Utilize technology and multimedia tools to enhance the learning experience. Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate and strengthen leadership skills within the organization. Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders. Performance Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve and update training content and methods. Learning Technology: Stay abreast of learning technologies and trends. Implement and manage learning management systems (LMS) or other relevant tools. Budget Management: Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective training solutions. Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and department leaders to integrate learning initiatives with broader talent management strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technologies. Strategic mindset with the ability to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
