Job Description:The CRA will be expected to: Initiate all KYC (Know Your Client) customer due diligence activities for new client on-boarding; Review business profile for accuracy and upload to Navigator; Client team contact template - email to client and upload in Navigator for newly on boarded clients; Act as the primary coverage officer working with existing portfolio to retain business and address post-booking modification & KYC Issues escalated by Business Controls; Collect documents for Legal Entity Onboarding (LEO) Defect/Enrichment; Account Analysis: Set up or conversion to support complex treasury management requests (or vice versa).
