USD85,000-USD125,000Key ResponsibilitiesTake an active role in guiding jobs and project teams in each phase including pre-construction, construction, closeout, and post-construction servicesMaintain a big picture view of strategy, risk assessment, and profitability and continuously communicate this view throughout the life of the projectIdentify and focus on critical issues related to constructability including associated costs and logistical issuesLead and manage multiple and/or larger, more complex projects with limited PX involvementEnsure timely and accurate completion of all financial processes, controls, and reports, i.e., internal budgets, costs to complete, billings, collections, subcontractor payments, change order preparation and resolution, contracts, etc.Ensure that jobs are completed according to schedule and meet profit goalsDevelop, nurture, and maintain ongoing client, architect, subcontractor, and industry (landlords, brokers, etc) relationships at the appropriate level reinforcing commitment to continue addressing their needs and interestsPromote positive subcontractor relations by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors and instill this philosophy within the team at all timesPartner closely with Field Operations team members, and oversee Assistant Project Manager or other internal team members assigned to projectReview subcontractor and vendor invoices throughout the life-cycle of the project and approve for payment or negotiate appropriate changesOversee change orders and RFIs, prepare as neededKeep consistent lines of communication open with clients and proactively share project progress and budget mattersRespond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems as neededEnsure punch list completionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual''s status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
