For more about our culture and thought leadership, visit our website Summary (Job Captain vs. Project Architect designation dependent on licensure)The Senior Architectural Project Architect is responsible for directing the technical aspects of projects, including drawing production and construction administration, for a large project team or multiple project teams.Reporting StructurePosition reports to the Studio Director, and indirectly to the Studio Technical Director.Job Responsibilities:Direct and organize work tasks to be performed in collaboration with Project Manager / Project Designer / intermediate and junior team members.Direct development of working drawing sets through all phases of design and oversee the work of the project team using Revit.Review construction budget and steer development of documents to meet client budget anize and align project documentation with project budget and HLW scope from design development through contract document phase.Support the Project Manager/Studio Director in client and consultant meetings and represent the firm in their absence.Review contracts for design deliverables required of the project team.Be responsible to recognize and limit risk exposure to the firm through evaluation of project contract, site conditions and parameters.Role Qualifications:Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.(For Project Architect designation) US Registered Architect.Proficient knowledge of Revit.10+ years of professional experience in architecture and design.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to lead teams to successful outcomes and inspire client confidence.Exhibit high levels of responsibility and organizational skill.Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite.Newforma experience a plus.We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurances, vacation, paid time off, flexible spending, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, maternity and paternity leave, travel insurances, tuition assistance, reimbursement for professional licensing/certification exam fees, continuing education programs, 401(k) and commuter benefits.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or disability status.Our work tells your story.*****Please combine work samples and resume as one pdf before uploading (required)******
