Role Summary: The primary role is to manage and support the Company's server infrastructure, focusing on security remediation, patch management, proactive monitoring, and project work involving system upgrades and replacements. It requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to work within a change control process.Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: Manage and support Firm's Servers Infrastructure. Identify and plan for End-Of-Life systems in coordination with the SSD group. Handle Windows server security remediation and patch management via SCCM and MECM. Support application patching/security package deployment. Coordinate with hardware/software vendors to resolve issues. Provide after-hours and weekend support as per schedule. Proactive System Monitoring and Documentation: Proactively analyze and monitor server infrastructure components. Maintain accurate inventory information for server equipment. Create and maintain server administration documentation. Work with internal/external auditors to provide necessary documentation. Project Work: Document project requirements, propose solutions, manage project plans, and report project status. Enforce policies/procedures for project and task management. Collaborate with local/global IT teams for short- and long-term goals. Manage server-related issue remediation regularly. Assess and maintain hardware/software systems up-to-date. Required Qualifications: 5 years of overall IT experience. Excellent communication skills. Preferred bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related fields. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in SCCM, knowledge of VMWare.
