We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as a Juice Bar Attendant/Manager for Baya Bar.Responsibilities Include:Delivering superior service to maximize customer satisfactionRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsRegularly review product qualityOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsManage restaurant's good imageControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wasteTrain new and current employees on proper customer service practicesImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operationsSkillsNew York Food Protection Certificate highly desired Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar roleProven customer service experience as a managerExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staffStrong leadership, motivation, and people skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeSalary: From $16.50 per hourBenefits: Employee discountFlexible schedule Shift: 10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftNight shift Weekly day range: Monday to FridayWeekend availability COVID-19 considerations:• Personal protective equipment provided or required • Plastic shield at work stations • Temperature screenings • Social distancing guidelines in place • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in placeExperience: Food service: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Food Handler Certification (Preferred) Work Location: One location
