NANNY, LIVE-IN (TRIBECA, NY)Division: Domestic HospitalityRef ID: HA6435651123 Location: New York, NY 10013Salary: DOEJob Title: Nanny, Live-in (Tribeca, NY)Job Description A family in Tribeca, NY seeks an experienced live-in Nanny to assist with the care of two children ages: 10-months old and a 3-years old. With the primary responsibility of looking after the 10-month-old baby and working alongside another nanny that looks after the 3-year-old. The chosen candidate should be able to anticipate proactively and efficiently children and family needs, someone with childcare development background, excellent swimming skills, valid driver''s license and with the ability to travel internationally would be ideal. A lovely vibrant nanny with a great personality would be wonderful for this family. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Care for infant, and implement feeding, and sleeping schedules established by the Newborn care specialist. Work alongside a second nanny that looks after the 3-year-old. Maintain a constant line of communication and report to the parentsAlways ensuring the safety of the childrenExercise common sense and the ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisionsTaking children to and from appointments and activities Packing and unpacking children''s belongings as needed when travelingTraveling with family if requested (Must be flexible with a travel schedule as the family travels often)Assist with laundry and light housekeeping of children''s rooms and play areasAssist with meals, and snacks for the childrenRunning errands and procuring children supplies as neededSchedule: This position requires Live-in support Monday - Friday and occasional support on the weekends. (7 AM - 7 PM). Multiple breaks during the day. Summers July and August would be spent in Southampton, NY. Accommodations: Family can provide private live-in quarters (private bedroom and en suite full bathroom) within the residence. Compensation: Salary is generous but DOEBenefits: No Health benefits available. Two weeks paid vacation per year.
