IMMEDIATE PARTS COORDINATOR/ASSISTANT DISPATCHER FOR HVACE/REFRIGERATION OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE THE LARGEST COMMERCIAL HVAC AND REFRIGERATION COMPANIES IN THE AREA STABLE OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT MONDAY - FRIDAY 730AM-4PM WESTBURY, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE) $30/HR Qualifications: 2 years experience HVAC or refrigeration parts management Experience procuring parts from suppliers based on customer needs Experience managing inventory and cycle counts Experience handling work orders/purchase orders/service requests/relevant documentation Microsoft Office proficient Responsibilities: In addition, you will assist the managing dispatcher for our Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration team Parts Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities As our Parts Coordinator you will be the point of contact for customers on all their parts needs You will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and distributing inventory according to purchase orders and work order schedules in a professional manner Receive and keep inventory of all merchandise for delivery or return Source, process, receive parts orders and review for accuracy and completeness Maintain files and records, providing reports to the team Scanning the appropriate labels on incoming/outgoing parcels and distributing parts to the service technicians and documenting their trucks' inventory Verify stock availability and processes orders: Perform inventory counts and reconcile to computer system to ensure accuracy of physical inventory Monitor re-order levels and replenish inventory to maintain proper inventory levels Resolve order issues with vendors, incorrect parts, refunds, re-delivery Assist Service Manager with day to day and month-end/year-end inventory cycle counts Our Assistant Dispatcher helps answer and respond to any emergency or non-emergency calls to provide service for our customers or important information for the technicians The main duties include logging each call, providing answers to questions by retrieving information from the Field Service Program and Google Calendar Assist Service Manager with scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs Assist Service Manager with keeping and organizing work requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and inventory records About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
