Link to MST Services video https://youtu.be/GUhcojAeC9EAgency provides: -License supervision (LPs in MHC and MFT as well as MSWs encouraged to apply)-Continuing education stipend-Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO & sick days -Many opportunities to build and grow clinical skills-A supportive and mission-driven environment, which includes Individual coaching and mentoring-MST Model 8 days of Training to learn the model and sharpen your clinical skills -Agency wide opportunities for growth among different modalities and levelsImplement an evidence-based model that pulls from Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Structural and Strategic Family Therapy and the social and ecological modelParticipate in weekly interdisciplinary Treatment team meetings, case conferences, department meetings and program events.Works on a team of 4 therapists, 1 supervisor and 1 family resource case workerConducts 2 to 3 sessions with each family a week (utilizing a combination of face to face and telehealth visits)Manage a caseload of 6 families and provide coverage for peer's caseload as neededBuilds relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools, etc.) to ensure collaboration among service providersTravels throughout assigned borough to conduct sessions with families. Each program serves families throughout one entire borough.Reports to assigned program supervisor or covering supervisor.Conducts assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses and individualized treatment planning.Completes timely, clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts, case contacts and model adherent clinical progress.Willingness to incorporate supervisor, consultant and peer feedback into case documentation and conceptualizationManages multiple databases to comply with all stakeholder requirements, including ACS, MST model and OMH.Adopts a strength focused approach with families, stakeholder, and within the program/treatment team.Participates in all model and Child Welfare trainingsWillingness to meet families and clients in the community and/or places that meet their schedules; which may include accompanying them to psychiatric, school or other community appointments.Attends weekly on-call meetings.Ability to make and manage own schedule(client sessions, completing paperwork and managing other stakeholder meetings)Provides 24/7 coverage during the week and participates on a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable Other duties as assignedMaster's Level Degree or better in Counseling or related field.Master's Level Degree or better in Psychology or related field.Master's Level Degree or better in Social Work or related field.Masters
