What This Position is All About: The LOA Specialist will work with the Benefits Manager to ensure a successful and positive experience for all SFA Associates on leaves. As the Leave of Absence Specialist, you will work closely with SFA''s third-party administrator and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are being followed in accordance to SFA policy and applicable state/federal laws. Who You Are: You possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate across the business You are a proactive problem-solver who is intuitively focused on the Associate Experience at all times You thrive in a rapidly changing environment with exposure to a wide variety of critical People functions You want to make a meaningful impact to our People function, our Associates, our Clients, and the evolving Luxury Retail industry As The LOA Specialist, You Will: Oversee the return-to-work process for employees returning from FMLA Act as point of contact for all LOA inquiries, liasoning between internal and external stakeholders and partners Provide support with benefits and payroll data entry and associate record maintenance Provide exceptional customer service during the full leave cycle to ensure a positive and informed experience Proactively and continuously identify, implement process improvements. Detailed documentation of the process.
