Job Description:Located in New York, NY, the Program Manager will have broad responsibility for the Analyst program within the Global Markets (GM) organization with regard to the overall employee experience. They will serve as a key member of the Global Markets Human Resources leadership team and will partner closely with Campus Staffing and across Human Resources and the business to oversee the placement, management and development of Analyst junior talent for the Global Markets divisions. This is a high impact role that requires the ability to diagnose opportunities for improvement and create programming from start to finish. The successful candidate will be a strong, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. The following details specific responsibilities and deliverables for this key role:Drive a best in class GM Analyst program and overall junior experiencePartner across HR functions (i.e. campus recruiting, HR generalists, learning & development, employee relations, compensation) and with LOB leaders on overall strategy and implementation of the junior talent programContinue to build out GM program to expand scope and increase engagement and support initiatives, inclusive but not limited to:Design and implement career management and talent mobility programs for the populationCreate appropriate learning paths for continued professional and technical skills developmentDesign and manage mentoring and sponsorship programsDevelop methodologies to support ongoing evaluation of Analyst/Associate satisfaction and implementation of solutions to enhance Analyst/Associate experience and retentionQualifications:Minimum of 4-5 years HR experience preferably including recruitment or learning & developmentGlobal Markets industry experience strongly preferredExtensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relationsProven track record in developing strategy and driving change to help drive business results and execute on key initiativesStrong relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels; team player willing to share and leverage best practicesStrong consulting, project management and process thinking abilities. Can plan, build and execute (often simultaneously)Excellent interpersonal skills; listens and communicates in a direct, succinct manner; able to push back and influence senior executivesStrong work ethic and drive for resultsAdaptable and flexible within an evolving organization and ability to navigate a complex organizationBusiness driven individual with strong financial acumenAble to achieve results quickly in a fast-paced organization; thrives in a high intensity environment with multiple and competing prioritiesEnterprise Role Overview:Individual Contributor supporting/managing a specialized program.
