ABA Therapists- Competitive Salary- New York, NY The Role Are you a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Special Educator or Registered Nurse looking for your next challenge? Are you New York based? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are an early intervention therapy company, looking to appoint ABA Therapists to provide Home Base Therapy sessions to children with special needs in the NYC area (You pick which borough(s) to work in). Full Time and Part Time positions available as well cash bonuses. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include, but are not limited to: Provide in-home and community based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Seeking interventions for behavioral and developmental challenges. Educating children and their parents in helpful activities. Working Closely with and creating custom treatment plans for children between ages of 0-3. Communicating with parents. Recognizing critical improvements in patient behaviors. Staying up to date with the latest ABA-related information, techniques, and developments. Submitting all session notes and progress reports as required in the agency employment agreement. The Person The key skills and qualities of an ABA Therapist are: Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW). Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). Special Educators with Certification in (Birth-Grade 2). Registered Nurse (Licensed Registered Nurse) (Looking to do 20hrs and up). Must be Licensed or Certified.
