Staffing Agency seeks Technical Recruiter to join the team! Open to candidates in NY, LA, Austin, Chicago or remote from anywhere Summary: We are seeking a multifaceted technical recruiter possessing experience recruiting for a wide range of technical skills! Responsibilities:Sourcing professionals across a wide range of rolesBuild a healthy pipeline of qualified candidatesCreate relationships with business managers and ensure full 360 processParticipate on the recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openingsPartner with hiring managers to determine the type of candidates that would best fit current openingsAct as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert by applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisitionFacilitate the end to end recruitment process; including recruit/source, interview, selection and on boarding of new hiresDrive the development and implementation of comprehensive technical recruitment plansCollaborate with clients and HR partners to develop a strong understanding of department culture, business strategy and talent profiles to deliver on the hiring needs of the businessDemonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent through your understanding of the business and employee value propositionConduct in-depth screens and assess potential technical candidates for level of interest, qualifications, and compensationUse innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.Utilize recruitment tools such as applicant tracking system, CRM etc. for workflow tracking, communication and management of active and passive candidatesOngoing research of competitive landscape and market insights/trends to remain current and relevant in functional technology expertise and demographicsDrive facilitation of continuous improvement via measurement tools, scorecards, and recruitment analyticsRepresent Company for recruiting purposes at identified networking and industry events, job fairs, conferences, etc.Develop a broad professional network of top technology talentTrain, coach and mentor recruiting team members on advanced search features, modern best practices, and enterprise sourcing integrationQualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of agency technical recruiting experience, across various technical disciplines, including software engineering, system architecture, data services and all related functional software and services professionalsExtensive experience developing and executing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plansExceptional problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing an applicant tracking systemAbility to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels, and the desire to partner closely with recruiters in order to positively impact the businessDeep experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts; tools include but not limited to: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and Diversity oriented sites & BlogsExpertise in advanced Boolean and/or Semantic searchingAbility to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine target profile needs and appropriate matchExperience in a role where multiple projects and competing demands are the normExcellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levelsProven experience engaging high-potential prospects through targeted sourcing and cold callingWork with little direction or supervisionStrong negotiation and presentation skillsOutstanding attention to detailResourceful, with exceptional problem solving skillsAbility to maintain confidential information - provided by Dice
