Weu2019re seeking a future team member for the role of a Senior Director, People Business Partner to join our People Team. This role is located in New York City (hybrid).In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Experienced People Business Partner supporting a number of Lines of Business working alongside Executive Committee member(s). Creating and driving a strategic people agenda, aligned to the business goals and objectives. Manages the delivery of solutions and People Team services such as Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards Planning to the business(es), ensuring coordination across geographies to ensure consistency, fairness and engagement while influencing best practices. Member of the business' leadership team. May manage a staff of professionals who provide functional expertise to assigned business within established policy and program guidelines. To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: 10+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of People, minimum 4 years of supervisory/management experience. Extremely strong influencing and relationship management skills. Able to work dynamically with various stakeholders at the same time. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $158,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
