LHH is seeking a skilled Hybrid Physician Coder for a 3-month contract to monitor and ensure compliance with coding and documentation standards. As a crucial member of our clients team, you will work in a hybrid capacity, in the Englewood, NJ office.Status: Full-Time (3-Month Contract)Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to FridayJob Essentials:Minimum 3 years of multi-specialty physician practice coding and auditing experience is required, with expertise in ICD-10 coding.This position demands a hybrid work approachEducation Requirements:Associate degree in a related field.Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and ICD-10 certification are mandatory.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze physician coding and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with a diverse team of over 100 physicians within our medical group.Provide expertise in multi-specialty coding practices.Uphold the highest standards of coding and documentation accuracy.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
