JOB PURPOSE Lead the marketing and trade initiatives of the brand, through the assigned region in the US. Developing a brand on a route-by-route basis. Develop and execute strategies needed to meet annual and monthly sales budget. Maintain good relationships with the Distributor and their sales force and working with them on a day-to-day basis, detecting opportunities in field work and controlling the promotional plans and sales budget. Innovator, creative and breakthrough thinker Analytical/Executive Capacity Strong Sense of urgency and achievement ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES Adapting and Develop the brand strategy for the target market at store level. Define the business strategic plan and map the next 5 years growth of the brand. Identify opportunities for developing the Brand through a diagnose of the market, prices, competitors and channels. Collaborating in developing consumer insight, innovation, brand communications, retail costumer development and other elements of brand strategy Support Distributor in negotiations with clients on volumes and investments. Ensure the correct use of Marketing/Trade budget to meet monthly/yearly goals. Create and execute promotion plans of the brands in charge to exceed assigned budgets. Analyze sales data, create scorecards to measure the brands performance in the different territories. Keep track of daily, weekly and monthly sales. Motivate the sales representatives in achieving the brand goals and objectives working with them side by side. Periodically build and update demand forecasts, identify new opportunities inside the market in charge. Open new territories, channels, and distributors in the assigned region. Ensure the evacuation of the product with a short lifetime, bringing solutions and action plans. Constantly monitor inventories to avoid out of stock. Guarantee the profitability of the business with each distributor.
