Primary responsibilities will involve analyzing health and pharmacy benefits claims data, client-based products and services to enhance consulting capabilities, deliverables and services on a national level.Key Responsibilities:Utilizing tools and techniques to audit both the health and pharmacy claims of our clients as well as to measure effectiveness of clinical adherence and adherence to plan documents.Assisting with technical review and analysis of claims data, contracts, plan documents, financial arrangements and program effectiveness.Collaborating with the lead consultant on client assignments and managing client projects and service delivery initiatives (e.g., proposals, audits, negotiations, analytical reviews, etc.).Supporting initiatives on a national level in order to grow our auditing business by working with others to assist with sales and marketing initiatives, including proposal writing.At least one year of basic SQL coding or other large data set manipulation experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Knowledge of Python is extremely helpful0 to 3 years of financial experience within a PBM and/or benefits consulting environment providing technical review and analysis of PBM data, contracts, financial arrangements and PBM program effectiveness is helpful but not requiredKnowledge of PBM providers, products, services, financial, data reporting, contracting and negotiating elements and processes is helpful but not requiredBachelor26rsquo;s degree in science, actuarial science, mathematics or a related disciplineGraduate degree in healthcare informatics highly preferredStrong technical/analytical and creative problem solving skills. Ability to look into the data with curiosity in order to identify patterns and solutionsDemonstrated detailed-oriented project management and multi-tasking abilities.
