Desktop Support Location: Madison Avenue ,NY ,NY (Hybrid mode initially and then 100% onsite at office) 6 Months Contract to Hire Top skills: Great customer service Interpersonal skills Must be ''Empathetic not Sympathetic'' Hybrid Part remote Part on-site Potentially 100% in office Education/ Certifications: Preferable, but not required Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience; however, hiring manager is open to training the skill if candidate has great personality and awesome customer service skills Interviews: Hiring manager is looking to schedule interviews early next week (week of 5/9/2022) Software: Service now/SNOW use inventory, IVANTI, anti-virus platform- need know how to install and troubleshoot, Office 365, TEAMS, One drive SharePoint Provides hands-on user support by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. Configures workstations for new users and upgrades existing equipment and software. Sets up and maintains network and telecommunication systems. Troubleshoots LAN, server and connectivity issues. Utilizes ticketing system, when necessary. Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations, and conducts remote problem solving as needed. Must possess a working knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and have strong software experience. Years Exp: 5 - 10. Experience: Relies on extensive experience to plan and accomplish tasks . Leadership/Contributions: Leads and directs the work of others. Reports to: Senior Manager.
