Weu2019re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Product Management to join our Issuer Services Engineering team. This role is located New York or Pittsburgh or Lake Mary. We may consider other locations in the USA for the right candidateThe primary responsibilities of the role are as follows: Lead and transform a team of Business Analysts into Technical Product Managers with particular emphasis on lean agile product delivery and commercial mindset. Actively engage with senior leaders in business, engineering, design and operations from strategy and vision to building, shipping, and maintaining suite of digital products across Corporate Trust (Conventional and Structured Debt) Define strategic vision, establish strategic initiatives and measurable OKRs to mature technical product management practices. Partner with business product organization to execute cross-cutting product features across Conventional and Structured Debt In addition to leading the team, you're also expected to be hands-on to own, maintain and develop product backlog of some strategic product initiatives. Provide visibility into roadmap, owns, maintains and develops product backlog (high quality epics, stories) that enable development to deliver the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. Use data-driven approach to prioritize key features / functionality, optimize product adoption, including developing and reporting on KPIs towards achieving OKRs. Lead cross-functional team workshops to conceptualize, develop, launch, and scale new products and the end-to-end customer experience associated with that product. Partner with Business, Engineering, Design and Operations to help propel the agile release approach, including discovery, design and user research; Go-to-Market and Operations Readiness to influence adoption and usage of products Actively identify talents and skills needed for the product team, empowered to build or change team based on those needs. Qualifications: Bachelors or advanced degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred. Excellent knowledge of Corporate Trust products and solutions are required. 15+ years of hands-on experience as product manager on technology-powered software products, and proven understanding of modern techniques in product discovery and delivery. 5+ years of formal people management experience in leading other product managers and business analysts 5+ years of formal experience in agile product discovery and delivery Advanced skills in Agile Methodologies, Requirements Gathering / Analysis, Storytelling, Design Thinking, Business Case, JIRA and any of BI Tools Strategy, planning and people development experience managing a portfolio of products or a large complex product with many teams. Build trust and credibility quickly to influence and build change at all levels. You'll need to be more than someone who can execute but also passionate to coach product teams, drive successful team and lead with expertise, energy and emotional intelligence. Think like an entrepreneur and be comfortable wearing many hats with minimal direction. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,000 and $250,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
