Job Description Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Providing exceptional IT Services to employeesInstalling and supporting Windows and Mac based hardware and software (including peripheral devices such as printers and USB devices)Responding to support requests on a daily basisPerforming analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems for a variety of end usersDocumenting and maintaining an inventory of all computing equipment including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipmentProvides assistance and training to other Helpdesk staff in solving more complex user problems. Escalates issues to more experienced staff or management if needed.Build and deploy new desktops and laptopsMay assist in coordinating Helpdesk staff activities related to larger projects as required by IT managementAssists IT management in identifying and developing solutions to emerging issues faced by user groups and HD staff
