Serves as a technical point of contact for all levels and groups within the organization. Leads various Supply Chain and Accounts Payable process improvement and systems implementation projects comprised of large multifunctional teams, introduces best practice in Supply Chain and Accounts Payable technology, recognizing gaps in process and/or current capabilities, and works with Supply Chain and Accounts Payable leaders and others to structure effective solutions. Creates strategies as well as tactical planning around the implementation of process and technology changes.QualificationsAssociates degree required.Experience in a role requiring the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and to meet deadlines.A minimum of seven to ten years of progressively responsible materials management and/or Accounts Payable experience in a progressive and complex environment of a multi-hospital setting, or a large hospital. Computer experience including working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.3-5 years of experience in MMIS and or Accounts Payable management (implementing, maintaining, & supporting MMIS and or Account Payable Information systems).Advanced MS Office skills, specifically in Excel.5 years of experience in other related Supply Chain and Accounts Payable systems (i.e. GHX, ECR, Workday,Oracle).Ability to multi-task and work independently Attention to detail. Minimum three years' experience in Healthcare Materials Management Information and or Accounts Payable Information systems.Must have a sound understanding of the principles of Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivables, and Value Analysis.Must have mathematical skills to understand general accounting and perform financial analyses.
