ADP is hiring a Director, Continuous Improvement/Operations within our WorkMarket business unit. In this role, you are a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, and will work closely with the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, on impactful business initiatives to propel the Team to higher levels of efficiencies and continuous improvement. The role involves a high level of quantitative and qualitative analysis, risk management, problem-solving, project management, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across Work Market and broader ADP. As a Director of Operations/Continuous Improvement, you will cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and partners, including external clients and workers, other senior leaders, and staff members. The nature of the position involves actively planning, executing, and overseeing multiple projects at one time and disseminating information across all levels of the organization. Apply now What you'll do: Responsibilities Gather insights and ask probing questions to develop a strong understanding of business processes. Develop metrics that provide data for process and/or service measurement all while collecting data to identify root cause of problems and/or process inefficiencies. Serve as the liaison among various departments in WorkMarket and broader ADP to ensure WorkMarket is ready for organizational changes (e.g., new product launch, feature changes, platform issues, etc.). Serve as the conduit between Product/Tech and Client Service, Worker Support, and Implementation to seamlessly execute organizational changes with minimal disruption. M anage and cultivate third-party vendor relationships including monitoring existing partner health/risk, business requests/escalations with partners, researching new partner options and end-end implementation of new partners. Perform gap / root-cause analyses on processes or specific business challenges, bring in the right stakeholders to collaborate and solve them (could be both qualitative and quantitative in nature). Strive towards continuous efficiency improvement by identifying processes that can be automated, then prioritize them based on impact and effort and drive them to completion. Storytelling : Articulate the problem statement, analyze facts (from data, interviews), summarize findings and recommendations, and present to senior leadership. Lead relationships with broader ADP stakeholders (outside WorkMarket) to handle incoming requests (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Privacy), prioritize them, and form attack plans to tackle them. Conduct meeting s with a clear agenda and right-sized group of people, mitigate scope creep (steer back the group to agenda), avoid groupthink, and facilitate an insightful discussion. Resolve conflicts with internal teams and stakeholders, create consensus and drive outcomes to ensure our business is successful. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE : Requirements: 10+ years of experience in change management/process improvement/project management/operations. Experience with in-depth data analysis experience, including curating, analyzing, and presenting data. Leadership experience (managing 2-3 directs and providing guidance to larger groups of associates). A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above, OR Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success. Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualification: MBA or other advanced degrees Prior experience working in matrix-managed organization and ability to effectively interact with senior management. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills. Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments creating cross-functional and business unit relationships including senior management. Ability to work effectively in an environment where there is ambiguity and continuous change. Advanced MS Excel, SQL skills and deep expertise in data analysis. What are you waiting for?
