In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy programs to drive overall customer engagement. You will be at ease building meaningful relationships with our customers, through the campaigns, customer reference programs, and advocacy initiatives you run. You''ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, across Marketing and other departments on assets/content and share insight to help us land new customers - the top priority for our rapidly growing organization.This role is best suited for a full-stack marketer with a proven ability to create B2B marketing strategies to improve customer engagement and retention. If this sound like you and you want to work for a growing brand, company, and team, then apply now.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and support customer marketing programs to increase renewals, customer engagement, and cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesPartner with stakeholder teams to build strategic programs for retention and expansionExecute integrated multi-channel programs including emails, webinars, and eventsTrack and report on the results of these campaigns, and propose improvements, alternative initiatives, and solutions to problems to reach set goalsBring customer stories to life via reviews, testimonials, fireside chats, videos and more.Work with customers to develop blogs, case studies, testimonial videos, and more to build awareness and clearly articulate the value of Synopsys through the eyes of our customersDrive workstreams to recruit for online customer reviewsWork closely with our customer success team and our account managers to better understand the correct touch-points and best ways to drive results from themSkills And Requirements4+ years'' experience working on or leading customer advocacy initiatives in the enterprise software space. Technical enterprise software experience, such as in application security, preferredThe ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic, and a solutions-focused marketer motivated to deliver resultsProven experience with developing a solid network and pipeline of advocates as well as associated assetsAbility to manage multiple short- and medium-term programs at onceYou have proven program management skills, acute attention to detail and the ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits the team and company needsAble to identify roadblocks and collaborate with others/leadership to clear themExperience with marketing automation tools (Marketo/Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce)Interested in hearing more?
