Weu2019re seeking a future team member for the role of Product Marketing / Client Insights Leadu2013 (VP to Director), to join our team. This role can be based out of our NYC, NY, Lake Mary, FL, or Pittsburgh, PA offices u2013 Hybrid. The ideal candidate must have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, specifically in one or both of the following domains: Structured Debt: Asset-back securities, collateral debt OR Credit Services: Securities-backed Lending, Credit Solutions OR Treasury Services: Liquidities Management, Trade Finance and Processing, Clearing and Settlement In this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy roadmap for products & solutions based on market trends, client needs and business insights Represents the voice of the customer before, during & after launch of a product Responsible for the positioning and messaging of new products, solutions and features in line with market demands and client needs Defines key value propositions of new and updated products Drives product adoption and advocacy Develops go-to-market strategies connecting products to revenue Develops content to support client acquisition, adoption and engagement Deep understanding of competition and market needs Works closest with product management and sales To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Expertise: Strong understanding of the business domain and product, along with the data and tools needed for buildout Sound knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements such as anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and data privacy regulations. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering cutting-edge financial products within this domain; you will identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and make data-driven decisions that maximize value for BNY Mellon and its clients. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, customer behavior analysis, and communication strategies. Understanding of customer trends and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $122,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
