In this role, the successfulwillcontribute to program-specific advertising efforts with a team focused on reaching a diverse and influential audience with NYULHs inspirational brand and messaging. This position will join the Brand, Experience, Creative & Design team within the Communications & Marketing (C&M) department.Reporting directly to the Program Level Advertising Lead (Associate Director), this role will be responsible for supporting advertising execution for specific departments and programs. This position is an important component within C&Ms broader strategy to motivate and inspire audiences while furthering NYULHs vision and institutional goals.Job Responsibilities:Strategic Program Level Advertising:Support development and execution of advertising plans to deliver campaigns aligned to department and program objectives; escalate issues to the Program Level Advertising Lead (Associate Director) as neededChampion NYULH's mission and vision, as well as department and program objectives, seeking to communicate it clearly and creatively to a diverse audience through strategic advertising effortsContribute to content creation for strategic, research-based, and data-driven advertising strategies to reach physician and general audiencesSupport development of advertising materials based on departmental and program strategic priorities, emphasizing patient-centered care and digital innovationIdentify current market trends in advertising that can be translated into actionable recommendations and strategic plans that align with growth targets and priorities for patients, leads, stakeholders, and communitiesWork on novel, program level advertising campaigns, enhance current campaigns, and evaluate outcomes; make strategic adjustments to optimize outcomes as neededInfuse data-driven insights into advertising campaigns and assess their effectiveness, including key performance indicators such as brand reputation, conversions (i.e., appointments) for patients & leads, physician referrals, and customer lifetime valueSupport the development and maintenance of the Advertising team's master editorial calendar, including updates to assignments, progress, and associated metricsIncorporate insights from advertising campaign outcomes and results to continuously improve future campaignsParticipate in brainstorming sessions with the Advertising team to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elementsCollaboration and Influence:Support the Advertising Lead and the Enterprise Marketing team on design of advertising campaigns requiring promotion via paid channelsCollaborate with agency partners on creative development, media planning, etc. Operational Excellence:Champion NYULH's strong culture of continuous improvementEfficiently and effectively execute goals and priorities while adhering to organizational standards for delivering excellent workMinimum Qualifications:To qualify you must have a 0-2+ years of marketing and advertising experience Exposure to project management, communication tools, and data analysis Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply and communicate data-driven insights Creative instincts and willingness to test-and-learn Working knowledge of current advertising trends and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications: Marketing or advertising experience in the healthcare industryQualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.NYU Langone Health provides its staff with far more than just a place to work. The salary range for the role is $58,500.00 - $80,572.96 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
