Description Position at Mindshare This role will be embedded with our Unilever clients and will be expected to be hybrid in-person at their New Jersey offices 2-3 days/week with the other days being remote.This role will work within the Unilever digital marketing team; this team is responsible for leading digital marketing in Unilever's biggest cell, U.S. Personal Care - the team leads the planning, executing and optimizing for all of Personal Care campaigns, piloting innovative ways to maximize ROI.The team is building the most advanced data-driven marketing capabilities in the industry, to grow some of the most iconic and socially impactful brands in the world.We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic candidate to partner with our clients' brand teams, agency and cross-functional partners and the subject matter experts within the UL Digital Marketing team to land brilliant E2E campaigns.Job Summary: Develop modular digital content that informs, entertains, inspires, and engages consumers, in line with brand and category strategic plans. Drive test & learn to build strong, data-driven content strategies. Partner with other Digital Hub subject matter experts to drive strong holistic plans.You will work closely with various brands in Personal Care to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for precision content creation and adaptation tailored to targeted audiences at scale. This role requires a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented individual who is passionate about digital marketing.Curiosity, a collaborative and positive can-do mindset will be key skills of the ideal candidate.You are a true media enthusiast, who is passionate about pop culture and eager to pioneer trend-led and innovative approaches across platforms.Key interfaces: Global and local marketing teams within personal care Digital marketing cross-functional team (data & audience, measurement, performance, 1:1 email marketing, website) Creative agencies Media AgencyQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Previous experience in digital marketing or a related role is a plus. Proven experience in planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests for digital assets, with a strong portfolio of successful experiments. Strong communication and writing skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
