Role Summary In partnership with the Chief Marketing Office, the Content Creation Lead is responsible for the full technical product lifecycle of solutions developed within the E2E Content Creation domain (Brief Creation, Content Development, Review and Approval). As the Content Creation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the technical strategy, development, and implementation of Marketing Content Creation solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of Content Creation products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. The role will drive the transformation of our new commercial model by enabling the implementation of new marketing technology, processes, and platforms and through the optimization of existing solutions. How You Will Achieve It Strategic Vision: Help develop and communicate a clear technical vision for Content Creation products aligned with the overall business/CMO strategy. Leverage marketing technology solutions to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, satisfaction, and retention. Innovation and Technology Adoption: Foster a culture/environment of safety for innovation within the technical team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies in the Content Creation space. Customer-Centric Product Development: Champion the voice of the customer in product development, ensuring that technical solutions meet and exceed customer expectations. Collaborate closely with CMO product managers and user experience designers to deliver intuitive and impactful features. Agile and adaptable Leadership: Different situations demand a wide range of leadership styles. This role calls for someone with the necessary intuition and experience to apply the right style of leadership to specific situations, as needed. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points. Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to enhance our capabilities. Understand the importance of high quality relationships within and outside of Pfizer in the course of achieving our stated aims. Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's Degree 10+ years of experience Ability to assimilate new technologies and concepts as needed. MarTech skills including the use of Adobe products including Workfront, Franklin, AEM and Analytics are a must. Experience both operating, overseeing and developing new MarTech solutions is an advantage. Must be able to grasp the right level of technical skills required to make key tactical decisions for the group, if required. Proven experience working and building relationships with senior business Executives and leadership teams developing and delivering strategy and operating plans with demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, leadership and relationship management Ability to understand large scale system implementations in different technology focus areas Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and to deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences Adaptable and demonstrates flexibility in the face of shifting targets, thrives in new situations Strategic thinker, understands the overall context, business implications and is able to think through a problem both conceptually and logically for better solutions Strong people management experience Nice-to-Have Master's degree Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience Strong multi-discipline experience, with a preference for experience in technology strategy and management, management consulting and engineering Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Primarily computer-based work. This role will be demanding and will require self-regulation of workload and effective time management to be successful. NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Travel will be required as part of this role. Expectations around travel will vary but candidates must be capable of travel within the region, to other regions, and to Pfizer World Headquarters. Pfizer Digital is a 7x24x365 function. This role may require physical or virtual participation on a weekend, holiday, or after normal business hours. Flexibility is desired as needed. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
