Job Summary Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Marketing, the Field Retail Marketing Manager's primary role is the implementation and maintenance of CulinArt marketing and retail snack/beverage standards in key account operations in the New York metropolitan area, specifically in Queens and Nassau County.We are seeking a results-driven individual who possesses the initiative and independence to join our Marketing team as a Field Retail Marketing Manager. In this field-based position, the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and execution of CulinArt's strategic marketing and retail standards in several key private independent education accounts.Key Responsibilities: Support planning, development, and execution of CulinArt marketing and retail standards and promotional activities (including corporate promotions, pop-up events, demos, tastings, etc.) Expertise in CulinArt marketing campaigns, snack, and beverage product portfolio, plan-o-grams, merchandising standards, POS, and pricing Work with account operators and district managers to ensure corporate standards are in place; develop effective campaigns that meet critical marketing and retail account needs Drive growth and guest/client satisfaction through the execution of CulinArt beverage and snack strategy, focusing on product selection, merchandising, and plan-o-gram adherence Coordinate physical and digital marketing collateral and communications materials that are consistent with brand standards and address audience demands Provide in-person training and support executing marketing/ retail standards, events, and promotions Continuous reassessment of established in-unit retail programs; conduct marketing/retail audits, develop action plans and ensure follow-up Promote engagement by establishing relationships, seeking feedback, and meeting the needs of our clients, guests, the local community, and team members Support corporate training initiatives including Retail Certification at the account level Analyze campaign performance and metrics, utilizing data and insights to drive growth and deliver results at each account Support other new business and retention efforts throughout the yearPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Hospitality Management Three + years' experience in restaurant marketing, merchandising and/or retail operations Knowledge of merchandising, promotions, and social media campaigns Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) a plus Multi-task in a deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to large groups Ability to lift a minimum of 40lbs Must have a valid driver's license Field-based position, working from target accounts 5 days a week Ability to travel to accounts in the region, with expanded coverage throughout the Northeast as needed Apply to CulinArt todayCulinArt is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
