Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a professional who can keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution.Experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices, as well as a customer-first mindset are essential for this job. We want to hear from you if you are detail-oriented and have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.This position will be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of all digital initiatives that support the sales strategy and marketing plans for our client. You will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media, with support from the Marketing Manager. Major responsibilities Meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation by planning and executing digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy- Enhance the company's website by creating landing pages, blog posts and SEO Assemble reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns Share thought leadership and identify trends and insights with executive leadership Meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget by working with creative and technology vendor partners Maintain project status and timeline for digital projects, communicating updates regularly Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns Ensure the company's customers and partners are engaging with content Develop and maintain the company's social media presence Aid in updating the online customer portal to improve user experience Assist with other project tasks as needed, including print, direct mail and data management Take advantage of educational opportunities and read trade publications in order to increase job knowledge 02720-0012855809 Requirements - Must have experience in both strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency Experience in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site Understanding of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) Proven track record in successful vendor management Noteworthy credentials in creating digital brands with strong ROI Well-informed in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM Strong collaboration and communication skills A good balance of skill and initiative Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
