Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Apartment Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing our properties, and guiding them through the leasing process. Your role will be essential in maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring resident satisfaction.Responsibilities:Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing amenities and highlighting key features.Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing detailed information about our properties, leasing terms, and community offerings.Process lease applications, conduct background and credit checks, and assist with lease signings.Build and maintain positive relationships with current residents, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand.Requirements:Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of individuals.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and OneSite/RealPage property management software is strongly preferred.Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed.
