About the RoleMichael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for a Sales & Install Coordinator to help ensure potential replacement sales are identified, sold & prepped for successful in-home close as well as ensure successful installation staging and completion. This position will drive replacement sales by identifying opportunities, ensure performance metrics are met, and create a positive & winning culture. The Sales & Install Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager, Project Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, and homeowners to ensure a seamless sales and installation process.
