100% on site in Mahwah, NJHours: 8-5Pay Rate $20-$221) Processing and entering of orders/purchase orders into appropriate Commend systems (utilizing Salesforce, Fishbowl, and QuickBooks)2) Review credit guidelines with reference to entering new orders3) Addressing and coordination with team response of all customer inquiries (ex. Ship dates, delivery dates, proof of deliveries etc)4) Ensure purchase orders from customers, quotes and our system pricing are all in agreement5) Any issues/concerns are to be discussed and resolved in conjunction with Sales Team6) Issue pick list to warehouse and responsible team7) Assist customers with any shipping issues that may arise8) Create new products in Commend system as required9) Provide lead time to internal and external sales customersWorking closely with a team communicating any issues within the departmentPay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Ellen Slovikowsky Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
