This role can be located in New York or London.The purpose of the role is to own development and productivity growth of the wider sales team. Own the broader sales training curriculum, world class sales management this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: As a subject matter expert, conducts analyses and develops programs related to driving sales productivity growth through development programs. Define core sale management framework KPIs and benchmarks Cultivate a sales centric culture focused on delivering solutions to clients Develop a sales training curriculum that covers essential sales skills, product knowledge, and bank-wide points of leverage. Includes both internal and externally sourced content. Develop and refine coaching and mentoring programs for sales managers to enhance their performance Implement talent development and recognition schemes to accelerate individual growth, building a highly motivated, diverse and effective sales team in the process Optimize the sales process through the implementation of consistent processes and best practices, based off fact-based analysisTo be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. Ability to design and implement effective training and development. Ability to work across matrix teams to successfully execute on plans Highly organised with proven execution skillsBacheloru2019s degree or equivalent in organization development, psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferredExtensive work experience preferred. Prior experience in organization and management development program development, risk or compliance is preferred.
