Job description The Equities Non-Cash Sales Team is looking to recruit a talented and driven individual to join Markets & Securities Services. The team focuses on three main markets; US, Canada, and LatAm, dealing in equity derivatives products in both Note and OTC formats for clients such as Private Banks, Wealth Managers and Institutions. The role provides exposure to both front office sales teams and Global Markets products whilst offering opportunities to directly liaise and develop relationships with other teams. The responsibilities of the role are broken down further as follows; Take ownership of pre and post trade processes such as producing termsheets, creating ISINs, updating systems etc Maintain up-to-date termsheet and overlay templates Liaise with front, middle and back office to investigate and solve any settlement issues Create tools to automate day to day processes Perform MI analysis on revenue figures to provide regular colour on the business Monitoring of inventory and actively following up on existing products so the sales team is able to optimally focus their resource Prepare presentations on trade ideas with guidance from the Sales team Aid the sales team in pricing of quotes requested by clients For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $125,000 and $150,000. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
