Description Position at GroupM Nexus Xaxis Manager, ProgrammaticOverview:The Manager is a programmatic team leadership role offering an opportunity for an innovative problem solver to gain high profile exposure and experience with premiere global brands in a fast paced exciting and driven environment. The Manager will oversee and manage a team of new and experienced programmatic specialists executing campaigns across multiple channels, platforms and devices including video, mobile, social, display and native advertising. As a Manager, you will also work across disciplines including Strategy, Planning, Direct Investment and Analytics to facilitate best-in-class execution and service to clients.The Manager contributes to team-level thought leadership and helps lead the team in developing audience based programmatic recommendations, presentation to internal and client teams, as well as buying operations that include setup, budget management and campaign optimizations to ensure client KPIs are achieved.Your Impact:Evaluation of inventory sources, data, analytics solutions and technology platforms options in marketplaceComprehensive knowledge and defined expertise in programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management and in-dash optimization techniquesManage and oversee campaign budgets and pacingOversee audience planning, campaign management & optimization, measurement planning and data applicationEnsure trading teams are meeting all critical deadlines and client deliverablesWork and collaborate with internal teams (direct investment, strategic planning, and analytics teams) as well as external (client), and vendor partnersPrepare and as needed, present client facing communications as well as educational overviews to digital and non-digital stakeholdersAbility to critically analyze and process data and an ability to effectively communicate findings in verbal and written formCritically evaluate the ability of data sources, inventory and media platforms to create competitive advantageManage a team of programmatic specialists day-to-day helping to develop and promote the professional advancement of through training and mentorshipOversee flawless execution with direct campaign management in self-serve toolsYour Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experienceMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ad technologies including data management platforms, DSP's, SSP's, ad-verification, and 3rd party data providers is required.Familiarity with viewability measurement (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify) and audience measurement (Nielsen DAR)Experience with ad serving solutions, tag management and operations a plusFamiliarity with MMM, DMM or attribution modeling is a plus but not requiredExperience with HTML and Tableau is a plusABOUT XAXIS:Xaxis is The Outcome Media Company. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
