At AWS World Wide Field Enablement (WWFE), we are seeking an Enablement Strategist to drive the strategy and development of a unified AWS Sales Methodology. This position will work closely with our global sales leaders, enablement stakeholders, subject matter experts (SME) in the field, as well as WWFE leadership to ensure we set the right vision, supported by a strategy and roadmap for our team to develop a fitting Sales Methodology framework and content to support our sales teams to achieve customer goals. Key job responsibilities Are you a big thinker, with a passion for helping sales organizations achieve high standards for competency and efficiency? Are you data-driven, with a high degree of ownership? Your primary focus is to define the strategy and content to support the development of AWS Sales Methodology, and determine change management approach and execution plan. You will work closely with Program Managers to curate, structure, and govern content. You will bring in industry best practices or experience in Sales Methodology frameworks to refine the design. You'll earn trust with subject matter experts from Sales, Product Marketing, Business Development, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, and Training. Through these partnerships, you will build a scalable and consistent sales methodology to AWS that enables the field in achieving its customer goals. The ideal candidate has a track record of driving enterprise-level content strategy and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate through ambiguity and incomplete information into insights and bias for action. You will have a customer-obsessed and data-driven approach, a strong desire to learn and be curious, and a willingness to dive deep to solve complex problems. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Arlington, VA, USA New York, NY, USA Seattle, WA, USA Basic Qualifications 5+ years of training and enablement experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of leading large complex programs experience Passion for Sales Enablement and Cloud technology driving business impact Expert in sales workflow and process design. Business driven, outcome focused, with a strategic mindset Deep understanding of enablement and learning methodologies, e.g. 70:20:10, Challenger, Spin, Sandler, etc. Work experience in management consulting, or strategy role at a media or technology company Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
