Job Description Job DescriptionJoin a growing market leader as a Sales Representative / Account Executive.You will save commercial, industrial, municipal and federal customers' pipes from costly traditional repairs and replacement with unique non-invasive (no destruction) epoxy pipe lining in buildings nationwide.Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.Expanding the number of opportunities with different potential customers in your territory.Work with property management and facility managers to solve pipe issues.Achieve, if not surpass, monthly quotas.Develop account strategies and plans by forecasting time and revenue.Regularly demonstrate success, out-of-the-box thinking and a creative approach to developing business.Generate proposals and contracts in a timely manner.Efficiently sell our unique solutions through one-on-one selling and group presentations.Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities.Stay up-to-date with competitors.Other responsibilities as defined.Qualifications:Great with people.Self-motivated.Knowledge of plumbing / facilities management / property management will be helpful, but not necessary.Perks:Good base petitive commissions - you can make a significant income.Product sells itself.Flexible schedule.Growth potential.Health Insurance Benefits, PTO, 401k.Bonus Potential.
