Location: Remote w/ requirement to travel for business needs Overview/Purpose: The Director of CapEx and Productivity works closely within the Supply Chain Organization and across the enterprise to ensure strategic CapEx projects deliver on-time and within budget to deliver the Supply Chain reimagined fuel priorities. Ensure the Annual CapEx budget is delivered on-time and enables productivity to support the fuel program. This position is critical to the Hain reimagined fuel program. CapEx funds must be utilized wisely, and the investments must fit the site strategy and corporate strategy. The Global CapEx and Productivity Director will partner closely with Ops VPs, Site Directors, Supply Chain finance, and the transformation office to deliver meaningful projects to support fuel delivery. The incumbent will need to dive deeply into key projects, effectively communicate to the factory floor, assess and mitigate risks in the CapEx and fuel plan, align with the finance team, ensure alignment with the Transformation office, and effectively communicate to all levels of the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The CapEx strategy enable must enable fuel delivery The CapEx strategy must be fit to the site objectives and align with the site 3-year strategy Each site has a 3-year CapEx strategy that is aligned with the projected growth of the business The CapEx strategy needs to support the base productivity expectations of roughly $50M annually The incumbent will work closely with CSC SVP, CoMan VP, Procurement VP, Finance VP, TO Office to ensure alignment across the organization The incumbent will work closely the CSCO to align and adjust strategy as required to optimize business results The incumbent will deep dive key projects with project leaders to ensure company objectives to be met The incumbent will be a key leader to ensure the productivity pipeline is appropriately filled across the enterprise and will develop ideation, deep-dives, vendor partnerships to deliver fuel. Key results... Capex delivers required fuel, CapEx is on-time and on-budget, develops 3-years strategy with each site, develops 3-year growth for internal manufacturing, ensure coman is aligned and fully supporting growth strategy. Other priorities will be assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or other equivalent Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and CapEx requirements Background in food and CPG capital planning and engineering preferred Access to Senior Leadership, so must be able to maintain confidentiality Project management skills Strong attention to detail Driven, action-oriented Knowledge of manufacturing/warehousing best practices within the CPG industry Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas Work with minimal supervision execute for results in a fast-paced environment Ability to empower, motivate and inspire Ability to lead change and execute on strategic decisions Conflict resolution skills Supervisory Responsibilities: Influence and ensuring organizational alignment to deliver results is KEY Hours and Travel: Standard hours for a high performing professional required 25-40% travel required.
