As a Product Delivery Manager in Infrastructure Platforms, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Job responsibilities Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Planning, Delivery and Executing of the Projects in a Portfolio Structure a program of work for multiple projects in a portfolio Capture clear, precise, complete requirements across all functions/teams Work across teams to agree on Project Scope and the High Level deliverables for each project in a portfolio Provide weekly & monthly status reports and updates on the progress Schedule Kick-off meetings with Base Compute TPMs and stakeholders Work with Product Management, the partner teams and Agility Leads to create the Epics across teamsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities Understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Experience and expertise with SDLC, JIRA and related tools Demonstrable project management experience Technical knowledge of infrastructure systems' design Domain knowledge in storage, internal cloud and all infrastructure components required to deliver these services Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge to analyse and deconstruct systems Ability to communicate findings and make the resulting analysis understandable and actionablePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Familiarity with JPMC ICP Wholesale (Internal Cloud): Supercell, WVM, Software-Defined Network Automation; E2E Automation Familiarity with the VMware stack: vSphere, vCemt, vSAN, NSX, vROPS, vRLI, vRLCM, etc Familiarity with various Cloud products: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, AWS, IBM Cloud (SoftLayer), Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud (Fusion), GCP, VMWare Cloud BS or Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field a plus
