Join us Position Summary Commercial, Business Banking & CRM Technology (CBCT) leads technology development for our Global Commercial Banking (GCB) and Business Banking (BB) clients, as well as horizontal Client Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities across all eight lines of business. The Portfolio Delivery Manager will serve as primary point-of-contact for BBGCBECRM business partners and own the deliverables roadmap of technology priorities. They will provide specialized expertise around unique business requirements and complex technology application landscape supporting core product, servicing & information needs. They will navigate complexities of collaborating with sponsoring LOB leads, managing LOB partners, business process owners, change executives & cross-functional technical teams across Credit, Treasury, Business Bank & Commercial Bank Technology to ensure successful project execution. The role offers engagement and visibility with LOB executives and requires deep understanding of line of business processes as well as the technologies and data which enable them. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential including experience across multiple functions and committees. Responsibilities include: Lead BBGCBECRM engagement routines for intake management and delivery planning of technology needs Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including assessment of cross-program interdependencies & coordination of the deliverable roadmap of BB technology priorities Create visibility into project status and risks/mitigation, and communicate key milestones to ensure transparency for consistent change delivery, implementation and oversight Subject matter expertise in understanding the landscape of tools used by BB, advocating for client needs and serving as their primary tech liaison Plan, develop and oversee change readiness and adoption of key initiatives to deliver significant business outcomes Lead a high-performing team and support coaching and development for delivery teams Required Skills Senior Program manager/Delivery and execution/Change governance and Financial Governance experience(At least 10+years). 10+ years of experience in a managing complex global matrixed Tech portfolio. Experience in managing multi-year transformational technology initiatives for front-line business lines. Experience in working with senior management from business front-line units on tech portfolio status, strategy and roadmaps. Deep knowledge of Banking & Markets businesses, operating models & workflows. Excellent verbal communication skills. Desired Skills Consumer, Wealth & Private banking experience a plus. CSPO and/or SAFe PMPO certification a plus.
