This is 12 months contract roleResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate must be able to:Partner with management to execute vision, develop roadmaps, and set the long-term direction for customer engagement.Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedures, and form documentation.Effectively communicate (both verbal and written) at all levels of the organization.Create, develop, and deliver executive-level presentations. Socialize platform initiatives to external stakeholder throughout the organization.SME in creating, developing, and running reports in Splunk, Service Now, Jira and Jira Align. Has the ability to find, use, and showcase data to tell a story/drive a business case.Quantify business metrics and KPIs that measure product delivery, service adoption and customer engagement efforts.Work closely with Extranet automation team to drive support efficiencies, improve services, and reduce overall technology support costs.Develop, drive, and solicit customer intake, requests, and value adds for the extranet team.Participate in a highly technical Agile Delivery Team to bring new services and updates to market quickly. QualificationsThe qualifications include:8 or more years of experience in technology, 5 years of technical leadership experience.Enterprise networking knowledge include standard WAN and LAN support and experience in new deploymentsFluency with Agile Delivery, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE).An ability to work with ambiguous and abstract concepts, as the candidate will often have to resolve complex customer inquiries.Ability to process new concepts and technologies quickly, has an appetite for learning.A problem-solving mindset, someone with the skills and attributes to find the most appropriate solution that will bring about the desired change/outcome.Strong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to present complex information with simplicity.Ability to multi-task and flex when priorities change.Strong attention to detail and ability to review/write documentation for key contentAbility to influence through teamwork and collaboration.Bachelors or master''s degree in Financial Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or related technical field.7x24x365 availability, as the team supports a global environment.Experience with international business partners (Japan) a plus.Provide planning and coordination support for Extranet migrations to new Colo''s and managing IPv4 network sale efforts - provided by Dice
