Enterprise Content Manager Position Responsibilities Develops, manages and executes a targeted, differentiated ABM content strategy that sparks intrigue and inspires trust Works collaboratively and cross-functionally with Content Marketing, BU Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement/Sales Operations, and Product Marketing to prioritize needs and gain perspective Assumes role of player-coach with the ability to write/produce quality content while also supervising and editing the work of internal and agency writers, producers and other content developers Common content types include webinars, whitepapers, infographics, articles, presentations, brochures, and videos, among others í¢€“ all in service of shifting perspective and building awareness, engagement, and loyalty Leads creative development and manages execution of breakthrough content strategies supporting ABM team goals (including industry/persona-specific content); a catalyst for new ideas and not afraid to challenge conventional strategies Can effectively interpret basic campaign and performance data to maximize ROI and experiment with different approaches Understands principles of optimizing content for search, user experience and content curation across all publishing channels. Partners with Digital Marketing and external experts to ensure successful execution Partners with Digital Marketing team to conduct ongoing measurement of content performance and effectiveness Conducts periodic competitive content audits Oversee legal requirements and sign off on all assets within purview Actively pursues external perspectives and develops affiliated networks to stay abreast of latest trends and best practices in content marketing; effectively shares findings with peers and team #LI-CS5 Requirements 4+ years of experience working in multi-channel content creation Strength in creative, authentic storytelling Marketing agency experience a plus Experience with creating personalized, effective messages for different target demographics Expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, etc.) Track record of contributing to successful product launches Willingness to reach across functions (product, sales, sales operations, engineering) and influence processes and capabilities Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail Role is Hybrid out of an ADP Office. The US base salary range targeted for this job is listed in the compensation section below. Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
